Our home is located inside an amenity rich, private gated community which offers access to 4 swimming pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, mini golf , multiple playgrounds, basketball & tennis courts. Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure to ask for a PURPLE pass at the security gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pass must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase amenity passes.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

* All guests (adults and children) and vehicles must be registered on the Guest Registration Form. All persons driving a vehicle will need to provide a valid and printed copy of their vehicle registration and Driver’s License in order to access the community.
* The community charges a $75 late fee for forms not completed within 3 days of arrival. Late fees will be charged to guest.
* Resorts passes can be purchased directly from the Community if you choose to utilize any of the resort amenities; the resort fees are not included in the rental price and we are not responsible for the closure of any of the resort amenities.
* We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 25, proms, party’s or 3rd party reservations.
