**RESORT FEES NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY** Amenity rich resort community featuring access to both lakes, 3 heated seasonal pools, four beaches, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, fitness center, game room, library and all activities offered in the Lodge (which is conveniently located directly behind Moonlit Peak).
Arrowhead Lake is a private, gated community with wonderful amenities, and they do require all guests to complete a Guest Registration Form and pay a separate resort fee. These fees are not included in your booking total and are set by the HOA, based on how many guests (age 6+), number of nights, and vehicles you’ll be bringing.
Here is a quick overview of the current rates:
• $8.50 per person, per night during the summer season (Memorial Day–Labor
Day)
• $2.00 per person, per night during the off-season
• $20 per vehicle (for gate access)
• $20 admin fee per reservation
No need to worry – I will handle the HOA Registration and processing of your Resort Fees which will be calculated after receiving your completed Guest Registration Form (I will submit a payment request through Airbnb’s Resolution Center) to make everything seamless so you can start daydreaming about your lakefront getaway!

As a guest at Moonlit Peak and Arrowhead Lake community, you will be able to easily walk to the Lodge which features a fitness room, library, pool tables, and more. You can also walk to a nearby playground and beach area.
Many guests love bringing their bikes as this is a wonderful bike community!
* All guests (adults and children) and vehicles must be registered on the Guest Registration Form. All persons driving a vehicle will need to provide a valid and printed copy of their vehicle registration and Driver’s License in order to access the community.
* We will send you an email to complete electronically a rental agreement, provide a copy of an ID, and fill out the Guest Registration Form. Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and Guest Registration form are allowed to be at the property. You may be fined by the community if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property.
* We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 25, proms, party’s or 3rd party reservations.
* Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group.
* If you have declined Airbnb’s travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We have a strict cancellation policy and cannot refund due to unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather, illness or other travel related situations.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
