"One of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at."
Soluna Haus earns that. This newly remodeled wellness villa sits in the Blue Ridge Mountains fifteen minutes from Asheville, with long-range views from upper balconies. Coffee on the balcony at sunrise, sauna and hot tub before lunch, mini-golf in the afternoon, twelve recliners for movie night. Three kings, a queen-and-full ensuite, and a full-over-full bunk room sleeps eighteen. Gym studio, two living rooms, two kitchens, sunroom.

The upper level holds three primary-style bedrooms with long-range mountain views from private balconies, the main level opens into a great room with sunroom, gourmet kitchen, and connected outdoor dining deck, and the lower level is the play floor: a 100-inch home theater with twelve recliners, a full game room, a yoga-and-gym studio, and two more bedrooms for kids and overflow.
Outside, the wellness setup carries the day. Coffee on the balcony at sunrise, sauna and hot tub before lunch, mini-golf and cornhole in the afternoon, wood-burning fire pit and outdoor movie under the stars after dinner, all on the same property.

My family and I stayed here with 6 adults and 2 babies — a 2 & 4 year old. We absolutely loved it here! The kids had such a great time and didn’t want to leave! We had movie nights and outdoor fun on the turf. The view was amazing and we had outdoor lunches and dinners enjoying it. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much, Mary, for such a wonderful place for all of us to get together and enjoy family time! We would love to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful time at Mary’s house. The residence appeared fairly new which is different than what I am used to when visiting Asheville. They had a lot of entertainment activities for kids and adults to enjoy. I did the late checkout although it only gave us only one more hour. Overall I would book again in the future.

This house delivered so many memorable experiences: family breakfasts and dinners together, movie nights in the theater with popcorn, s’mores at the fire pit, spa like experiences in the hot tub and sauna, naps in the porch swing, sunsets off the deck, bragging rights for skee ball, air hockey, pool, and pac man, beautifully appointed house with so many fun places to rest, relax, and gather. Mary was super responsive, answered all our questions, ensured we had extra fuel for the grill. Location was great proximity to Asheville, the Biltmore, and Blue Ridge parkway. Wonderful experience with family.
